VIRTUAL FORUM
DESCRIPTION
Since 2018 I have been running this signature project across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region at Iron Mountain.
The Virtual Forum was established in 2018 under the name Physical Meets Digital. Over the past 4 years I have worked on evolution of the framework to support new business priorities, growing volume of participating markets and changing needs of engagement formats expressed by the audience. Currently, the Virtual Forum has become a blueprint leveraged at Iron Mountain across the globe (incl. Americas, Asia and Australia), and is run throughout the year in over 8 languages.
It's a unique content-driver, focused on bringing thought leadership and best practice guidance to the market, as well as providing customers and prospects with a learning and experience sharing platform. Among speakers the Forum guests Iron Mountain leaders and external industry experts, incl. companies like Google, HPE, KPMG, UAE National Archives, GE, IBM, and many more.
The event was recognised for it's professionalism and complexity by B2B Marketing receiving a B2B Martech Award in 2019 for the Best use of martech for live events. It has also been awarded with the Iron Mountain internal achievement award Play to Win.
The Forum has always been driven by a group effort and managed by myself in 2018, 2020 - 2022. Since 2020 I have also been the primary producer of the English thought leadership content of the event, incl. content & creative strategy, pre- and post- promotion, topics & talk tracks development, as well as video editing.
The Virtual Forum started as a low-budget production, delivered with
minimal investment. With the growth of the programme across the region
the strategy evolved and the user experience continued to be optimised.
A small-scale webinar programme developed into a fully-fleshed,
high-quality and strategic business-critial initiative for the entire marketing
organisation.
This was one of the most successful projects I had the opportunity to build from the ground up.
